If you have completed the Pottery / Ceramics - Intermediate 1 Course or have a basic understanding of creating straightforward pottery objects, then this is the course for you.
This course introduces advanced hand-building techniques.
Course information
During this course you will learn -
- how to combine hand-building techniques
- how to design and plan functional works
- wedging clay
- reclaiming clay
- how to understand differences between clay types
- how to understand differences between clay fired at different temperatures
Entry requirements
- You should have completed the Pottery / Ceramics - Intermediate 1 Course or can demonstrate ceramic skills. Your level will be identified at induction
- You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course

2.5 hours per week for 10 weeks
