Health and Safety
As a department of Hull City Council, we follow their Health and Safety policies and procedures. We work with qualified advisors to ensure we provide a safe learning environment. Your tutor will discuss health and safety with you at induction, and you are able to ask to see all our policies at any point throughout your learner journey. Just ask and you can read yourself or we will explain them to you.
All safety procedures, including Fire evacuation will be explained to you at Induction. Ensure you are aware of Hull Training and Adult Education procedures and ask any member of staff for clarification if required.
How to Make a Complaint

Our complaints' procedure is in place to deal with any issues that arise, quickly and fairly. In the first instance you need to talk to your tutor, or any Hull Training and Adult Education member of staff.
