To celebrate International Women's Week we are providing a supportive and empowering space where women can focus on their wellbeing.

This workshop aims to enhance physical and mental wellness through guided Pilates practice, relaxation techniques, and discussions that promote confidence, self-care, and community connection.

Topics covered during this workshop are:

  • the significance of International Women's Week
  • reflecting on women's achievements and wellbeing
  • creating a positive and inclusive learning space
  • gentle mat-based Pilates session suitable for all levels
  • group discussion on self-care and building personal resilience
  • celebrating women's strengths and achievements
  • positive affirmations and takeaway wellbeing tips

Entry requirements

  • You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
  • No prior experience needed
