To celebrate International Women's Week we are providing a supportive and empowering space where women can focus on their wellbeing.
This workshop aims to enhance physical and mental wellness through guided Pilates practice, relaxation techniques, and discussions that promote confidence, self-care, and community connection.

- gentle mat-based Pilates session suitable for all levels

- You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
- No prior experience needed
