Course information
During this workshop you will -
- learn basic hand-sewing skills
- use a template to cut, sew, and assemble a heart-shaped fabric pocket calmer
- fill your pocket calmer with lavender and decorate your creation to make a meaningful Valentine gift/keepsake
- explore calming crafting techniques that promote relaxation and mindfulness
- gain confidence in making simple textile projects that can be recreated at home

- You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
- No prior experience needed
