No experience needed - just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll provide the clay, tools, and expert guidance.
This course is aimed at beginners to pottery and ceramics
Course details -
- Starts week commencing 23 September 2025
- Tuesdays or Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm
- One 3-hour session a week
- Location: Preston Road Adult Education Centre, The Freedom Centre, 97 Preston Road, Hull, HU9 3QB
What you'll learn -
- How to centre clay on the wheel
- Making bowls, cups, and simple forms
- Adding texture and decoration
- Glazing and finishing techniques
- Building control and to a finished pot
