Learn English and Sewing Together.
This 10-week course is perfect for learners who have completed the ESOL Sewing beginners 2 course and who want to continue to grow their confidence in English and sewing.
Learners will build on skills with new techniques and creative projects while continuing to practise speaking and understanding English in a supportive environment.
Course information
During this course you will -
- improve your English vocabulary, speaking and listening through sewing activities
- garment construction techniques
- use a simple commercial pattern
- work with sewing machinery to create a finished garment
- improve English through practical conversation
Entry requirements
- You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
- You must have basic sewing and English skills or have completed beginners 2 course

2.5 hours per week over 10 weeks
