As a delivery partner, you’ll receive dedicated support from the Skills Bootcamps team-including assistance with administration, learner recruitment, marketing, safeguarding, quality assurance, and preparation for Ofsted. We're here to help you maintain high standards and deliver an excellent learner experience.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from training providers who can demonstrate -
- Strong employer links with job outcomes or progression routes
- Capacity to deliver Skills Bootcamps in high-demand sectors (e.g. digital, construction, green skills, HGV quality driving, manufacturing, health and social care)
- Commitment to learner support, and inclusive access
How It Works
1. Express Your Interest
Start by getting in touch with us to express your interest in becoming a Skills Bootcamps provider. Our team will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you prepare for the next steps.
2. Submit a Bid on YORtender
Once you're ready, you’ll be invited to submit a funding bid through the YORtender procurement portal. Your bid should outline your proposed Skills Bootcamps offer, sector focus, learner outcomes, and how you’ll meet the funding and delivery criteria.
3. Design Your Course
If your bid is successful, you’ll work collaboratively with employers and our team to design a flexible, high-quality Skills Bootcamps that meets local needs and leads to real employment or progression opportunities.
4. Deliver and Support
Deliver a 60+ guided learning hours Skills Bootcamps with strong learner support, flexible access, and a focus on successful outcomes. Our team will support you with quality assurance, safeguarding, and best practices.
5. Achieve Outcomes
Support learners into jobs, apprenticeships, or in-work progression-unlocking funding and making a measurable impact on careers and communities.
