What are Skills Bootcamps

Skills Bootcamps are short, flexible training courses designed to teach you in-demand skills in high-growth sectors like digital, construction, health, logistics, and more. They are fully funded by the Government, meaning you can access high-quality training at no cost to you.

Courses typically last from 2 to 16 weeks, allowing you to learn new skills while balancing work or other commitments. Upon completion, you’ll have the qualifications and confidence to pursue new opportunities or advance in your current role.

No prior qualifications are required for most of our courses, though some may have specific entry requirements. A basic level of numeracy and literacy is required to understand the course content.

Once you’ve chosen your course, follow the link to the training provider’s website where you can apply directly or get in touch for more information. Our team is also available to help guide you through the application process.

Complete the Training

Courses are 2 to 16 weeks long and can include online learning, classroom sessions, and hands-on experience. Learn new skills, develop confidence, and complete real-world projects that employers are looking for.

Start Your New Career

Upon completion, you’ll be equipped with the skills to secure a job or progress in your career. Depending on the course, you may receive a qualification or certification. If you’re unemployed, you’ll receive an interview with a local employer.
