This course introduces learners to the fundamentals of art and drawing, including basic techniques, materials, and creative composition. Learners will develop skills to express themselves through art and complete a final project.
Course information
During this 6 week course you will learn to -
- Understand and apply basic drawing techniques such as line, tone, and shading
- Create 2D and 3D shapes with confidence
- Explore form, light, and simple perspective
- Develop creative compositions using different materials
- Plan and complete a final drawing project
- Reflect on your progress and creative ideas
Entry requirements
- You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
- No formal qualifications required; ideal for beginners new to art and drawing

2 hours per week over 6 weeks.
