This qualification is an introduction to teaching that has no teaching/ training practice requirements and can be undertaken by individuals who are not in a teaching role.
By completing the award, learners will gain an understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and relationships within education and training.
The course also helps develop essential skills and knowledge for planning and delivering inclusive teaching sessions, as well as for assessing learners and providing constructive feedback

During this course you will learn -
- the roles, responsibilities, and professional relationships involved in education and training
- inclusive teaching and learning methods, and how to apply them effectively
- the principles of assessment and how to use them to support learner progress
Qualification achieved - City and Guilds Award in Education - Level 3
Entry requirements
- You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
- GCSE Grade (C/4) and above in maths and English (or equivalent). If you do not have these grades then call or email to discuss
