Throughout this 10 week course you will learn -

  • common behavioural patterns and what they mean
  • how to manage conflict and set healthy boundaries
  • strategies for improving communication and trust
  • how to support mental health and emotional wellbeing

  • You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
  • No prior experience needed
