This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of floristy, including tools, materials, design principles, and practical techniques. You will develop creative skills to produce floral arrangements and gain an understanding of health and safety in floristry.
Course information
During this 6-week course you will -
- identify and use basic floristy tools and materials safely
- condition flowers and foliage for freshness
- apply design principles such as balance, proportion, and harmony
- use wiring, taping, and foam techniques to create arrangements
- reflect on learning and present work professionally

- You must be 19 or over to enrol on this course
- No prior experience needed
