Skills Bootcamps is proud to be a sponsor of the North Green Skills Conference 2025, which this year is being hosted at Hull’s Guildhall.
Delegates from the north of England will descend on Hull on Wednesday 24 September to debate the challenges that the north faces in relation to a net zero economy and discuss methods to help to achieve shared goals.
The event will be under the banner ‘Skills North: Shaping Tomorrow’ and Hull Training and Adult Education’s (HTAE) Adam Wilson will be part of a panel discussion entitled ‘Creating Tomorrow’s Workforce’ during the afternoon.
Adam, HTAE’s senior lead for business development and contracting, will sit alongside Groupe Atlantic’s training and design services director, Andrew Johnson, from 1:45pm.
The panel, sponsored by Skills Bootcamps, will cover education, training, upskilling and reskilling, as well as examining how today’s learners and workers can be equipped with the green skills needed for the jobs of tomorrow.
Adam said -
“Skills Bootcamps has been hugely successful and this is a good opportunity for us to really showcase what we can offer to a wider audience.
The council has long-term net zero ambitions and we will be able to demonstrate how we can support others on a bigger scale to also reach those goals.”
Hull City Council the host partner of the North Green Skills Conference 2025, with Future Humber also a lead partner.
