Carpentry and Joinery (Wood Occupations) - NVQ Level 3 (employer)
Do you have staff with at least 5 years of experience working as a joiner but do not hold any industry-related qualifications or have completed the NVQ Level 2?
In a world of increasing skills shortages, particularly in this industry, upskilling staff members is an excellent way to close the skills gap and enable your staff to then be able to train the next generation coming into the trade.
This qualification is recognised throughout the sector and will equip your employee with the essential skills, knowledge and qualifications required and also enable them to apply for a CSCS gold card upon achievement.
